ANSWERS

1. What is the difference between TRANSFER & DISPOSAL?
ANS: DISPOSAL is for a minimum of 03 consecutive hours. TRANSFER is a point to point pic-kup and drop-off.


2. Your limousine DISPOSAL rates are advertised as per hour, how will you charge if I only use 90mins?
ANS: Our charges are calculated on a per hour block basis. Hence even if you do not fully utilise the remaining 30mins, we will still charge you for the full 2hrs. However, if you are under our PREFERRED LIST OF CUSTOMERS; we will consider waiving off any un-used hours on a case by case basis.

3. What if I have more than one pick up location for the TRANSFER service?
ANS: There will be a $10 - $20 surcharge for any addition stop in-between the TRANSFER service.

4. Are there any cancellation charges if I change my mind for your services that have already been confirmed?
ANS: No cancellation shall be made later than 24hrs (Mon-Fri) prior to the date of pickup.

5. Why do we charge have to charge 4 - 10 minimum hours when driving into Malaysia?
ANS: Please bear in mind that the driver has to make a return trip back to Singapore.

6. Can you book the vehicle for the whole day on DISPOSAL and only pay for the hours of actual usage?
ANS: Kindly understand that once the vehicle & driver is assigned to you, we will have to charge accordingly whether or not the vehicle is moving.

7. Do we provide any drinks / beverages / snacks / papers in the vehicle?

ANS: Every customer is unique and we hope to establish an interpersonal relationship with our valued customers, hence do not feel shy about asking for any needs required onboard. *Some items may be chargeable.

8. Can we provide personal escort / protection / bodyguard service?
ANS: We have linked up with several professional firms with regards to the services mentioned above. Inform us in-advance and we shall do the necessary arrangement.

9. What are the preferred modes of payment?
ANS: Cash, credit card (Master & Visa with a 5% surcharge on processing fee) & cheque (only acceptable with corporate accounts)

10. Is tipping advisable?
ANS: Our drivers have undergone a series of training lessons to provide you with a comfortable and pleasant journey. Tipping is NOT COMPULSORY, however feel free if you wish to recognise his efforts with a small tipping gesture.
